Available Positions:

1. Regional Manager – Asset Finance

   • Job Type: Full-Time
   • Qualifications: A degree in a relevant field with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role in a banking or motor vehicle/equipment sales environment. Sales or marketing certification is a plus.
   • Responsibilities: Lead business development for asset finance, target SME sectors, and manage joint promotion programs with asset dealers. Drive cross-selling opportunities and collaborate with other departments to meet customer needs.
   • Location: Nairobi

2. Credit Analysts – Asset Finance (3 Positions)

   • Job Type: Full-Time
   • Qualifications: A degree in a relevant field with at least 3 years of experience in banking or credit environments. Experience in credit processes is an advantage.
   • Responsibilities: Review credit applications, conduct site visits with Relationship Managers, ensure compliance with credit policies, and monitor portfolios. Provide guidance on asset finance requirements and ensure customer confidentiality.

3. Senior Backend Developer

   • Job Type: Full-Time
   • Qualifications: A degree in Computer Science or related field, with over 7 years of experience in backend development, particularly in Java. Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud technologies is required.
   • Responsibilities: Lead a team of developers, design scalable backend solutions, optimize performance, and ensure high-quality code. Collaborate with other teams on architectural design and project management.

4. Mid-Level Back-End Developer
