1. Administrative Officer – Records

Job Description
The Administrative Officer – Records will manage student records, facilitate admissions, oversee ERP updates, and maintain accurate filing and archiving systems to support institutional memory and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Secure and maintain student records.
- Register new students in the ERP system and ensure data accuracy.
- Provide data for reports to aid management decisions.
- Coordinate graduation clearance processes and filing.
- Maintain internal communication through various channels.
Minimum Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Information Science, Records, or Archives Management.
- At least 6 years of experience in a similar position.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and ICT skills.
- High attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality.
2. Senior Administrative/Assistant Administrative Registry
Job Type: Full Time
Qualification: Diploma
Experience: 1 year
Location: Meru
Job Field: Administration / Secretarial
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the filing system and archives.
- Create, update, and manage registry databases.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications.
- Assist in developing an electronic registry/archive system.
Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma in Information Science, Records, or Archives Management.
- Proficiency in ICT and information management systems.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
3. Marketing Assistant (2 Posts)

Key Responsibilities:
- Support marketing campaigns and develop promotional materials.
- Manage social media accounts and create digital content.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Certification in Digital Marketing is an advantage.
- Experience in social media management and digital marketing tools.

4. ICT Technician

Location: Nairobi

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide user support and troubleshooting.
- Configure workstations and manage network points.
- Install, upgrade, and maintain software and hardware.
- Support ICT training and development initiatives.
- Assist with preventive maintenance and website analysis.
Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma in ICT, IT, or a related field.
- Certification in CompTIA A++, Networking, Python Programming, and Linux Administration.
- Experience in web development and database programming.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
