Kenya Airways is seeking a Sales Support Executive for Thailand and the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. This full-time position is based in Nairobi, Kenya, with a deadline for applications on February 21, 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support: Assist the Commercial Manager (CM) for Thailand and APAC Offline in various tasks, including handling queries from APAC General Sales Agents (GSAs), processing refunds, ticketing, and providing data.
• GSA Coordination: Support GSAs with authority permissions, supplier contract renewals, staff administration, recruitment, work permit requests, and other related tasks.
• Sales Tools Management: Utilize sales tools such as ARDWEB, Email, GO Tools, BSP link reports, ADMs, and fares to strengthen relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and partners.
• Market Analysis: Gather and prepare client databases for GSAs, identify client needs, and collect market data, customer feedback, and industry trends to inform decision-making.
• Sales Support: Develop visit work plans for clients, support GSAs in achieving sales targets, promote Kenya Airways products and services, and gather market intelligence to maintain a competitive edge.
• Reporting: Prepare sales reports for management information, performance evaluation, and monitoring.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate or ‘O’/’A’ level with 4 years of sales experience.
• Experience: Airline experience is advantageous.
• Skills: Proficiency in selling and negotiation, computer literacy (Excel, MS Word, etc.), analytical and influencing skills, and 4 years of experience in fares and ticketing.
