The National Bank of Kenya (NBK), a subsidiary of Access Bank Plc, has announced the recruitment of 300 sales representatives across its branches nationwide.

According to a statement on the bank’s career page, the recruitment drive is part of NBK’s strategy to strengthen its retail banking operations and improve customer experience following its acquisition by Access Bank Plc.

“To deliver on our promise to clients, captured in our tagline ‘Bank on Better’, NBK is enhancing its workforce by bringing on board talented, committed individuals capable of offering superior products and services,” the bank stated.

Job Overview

The successful applicants will work under respective branch managers and will be responsible for:

  • Acquiring and growing sustainable retail banking business

  • Promoting bank products and services

  • Providing excellent customer service

  • Gathering client feedback to improve service delivery

Qualifications

Interested candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum KCSE mean grade of C (plain)

  • Degree from a recognized institution

  • At least one year of sales experience within a financial institution (added advantage)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Computer literacy

  • Self-motivation and flexibility to travel on short notice

The Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) has also advertised 93 job openings across various departments, inviting professionals to apply before November 4, 2025.

Positions range from Assistant Director – Unexplained Wealth to Senior Investigation Officers and Legal Officers in areas such as ICT, accounting, procurement, and digital forensics. EACC cautioned that canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification.
